I'm all ready for Halloween, dressed as the Melita banana.  I know Sunny's friend Breezy is a bluejay but I only had an owl.  Special thanks to Linnae from Rogers for dropping off the cutest Halloween cookies from Sweet Impressions. 

I think I love the week preceding Halloween more than the actual day. The week before, I sit down and carve the Jack-O-Lanterns for the front steps.  It’s the only time of year I’ll watch a horror film and it’s an excuse to relive my childhood - sitting in front of the oven, carefully watching pumpkin seeds bake.  This year with the help of Lacoste Garden Centre and Maggie’s Pumpkin Patch, I’ll have 4 pumpkins adorning my front step Sunday evening, complete with orange glow.
