Even when her plane is delayed!

 

That's what happened before this video was shot.  A flight was delayed and the many passengers affected by the delay were getting unruly.  Seeing as how Cyndi Lauper was one of those passengers, she decided to calm the masses by leading them in a "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" sing-a-long using the airport PA system.

LTI is having a baby today, and it got me thinking how awesome babies are.  They really bring you back down to earth and remind you how awesome life is, especially when it's your own child.  I think LTI will be an awesome dad and I know he's looking forward to it more than anything ever. 

 

I hope the new member of the Intern family and Justyna are happy and healthy, and in case you needed a reminder of why babies are awesome, just watch this video of a baby enjoying paper being ripped.  He (or she) look like they're having the best time that's ever been had by anyone ever.

 

The simple things are where true happiness comes from.  Appreciate it when you see it!

 

 

No, actually I'm not, but maybe when you read that headline you were enjoying a delicious beverage and now find it splattered all over your computer screen.  I am sorry about that.

If you missed American Idol last night, then you missed the great singing of Chris Medina.  But that's only part of what you missed.  You also missed the heart-wrenching story of he and his fiancee.  To me, the best part of reality TV, is getting to know the people and their stories.  What drives a guy like Chris Medina to get to Hollywood.

 

Sure, shows like Jersey Shore have their place on TV as entertainment good for a laugh, but it's moments like these that show the power of television and reminds you how precious the people in your life and the love you have for them really are.

 

I'm a guy and I can't deny that I teared up watching it.

 

I don't follow American Idol religiously, but this season, I'll be rooting for Chris Medina.
