Why should you win Winnipeg Jets season tickets? I've been a Jets fan my entire life. Typical intro, but my first jump suits as a baby were with Jets logos. When I was 4, instead of having my parents read me long bed time stories, I would ask my dad to put it on CJOB so I could listen to Curt Kielback until I fell asleep. Already, at 4 years old, I would wake up at 7am daily, and tune into what was then the SportsDesk on TSN, to see if the Jets had won. When they would score I would yell in my bed and wake up everybody! I attended all the rallies along with my dad when I was 6 years old, and made sure to be the loudest kid there. My dad would record on tape the games I was unable to watch because it was late; I would re-watch them the next day. I'll never forget being there at the last ever Jets game vs Detroit. McIver's goal gave me so much hope that they were coming back! I remember crying that night in bed. The saddest 6 year old in Winnipeg. Ever since, every time I've attended a hockey game, I wore my Jets gear. From the exhibition games in Winnipeg, to Minnesota all the way down to Florida, I was in attendance of an NHL game still wearing my Jets gear. I would love nothing more than to finally be able to wear my gear to a game where that team is actually playing! 41 home games to go see would be a dream come true! Thanks!
